1. About AVXAND
AVXAND provides professional Audio Visual (AV) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) engineering, design, pre-sales, programming, documentation, estimation, and project support services to system integrators, contractors, consultants, organizations, and other professional clients.
2. Our Services
Our services may include AV & ELV pre-sales and tender support, RFP and project documentation review, quantity takeoff, BOQ/BOM, cost estimation, design and engineering, equipment selection, system architecture, CAD/BIM/Revit services, technical drawings, programming and configuration, technical submittals, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and general project support.
3. Project-Specific Scope
The scope of each project will be defined by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work (SOW), purchase order (PO), or contract agreed between AVXAND and the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, specifications, drawings, documentation, deadlines, and other materials reasonably required for AVXAND to perform the services.
5. Changes and Revisions
Changes to an agreed scope of work or additional revisions may be subject to additional fees and adjustments to the project schedule.
6. Estimates, BOQs and Takeoffs
Estimates, BOQs, BOMs, quantity takeoffs, and pricing information are prepared based on the information available to AVXAND at the time of preparation and may be subject to change based on project requirements, supplier pricing, specifications, or other external factors.
7. Design and Engineering
Design and engineering services are provided according to the agreed project scope and available project information. Final implementation, installation, site conditions, and compliance with applicable local requirements remain subject to the responsible project parties.
8. Programming and Remote Technical Support
AVXAND may provide programming, configuration, troubleshooting, commissioning assistance, and other technical support remotely. Availability and effectiveness of remote support may depend on network access, equipment availability, third-party systems, and site conditions.
9. Third-Party Products and Manufacturers
AVXAND may work with products, equipment, software, and systems manufactured or supplied by third parties. AVXAND is not responsible for defects, failures, availability, warranties, or changes made by third-party manufacturers or suppliers.
10. Fees and Payment
Fees and payment terms will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, purchase order, or agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
11. Project Schedule and Delays
Project schedules are based on the agreed scope, required information, client responses, and other project dependencies. AVXAND will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights relating to project deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, or contract between AVXAND and the client.
13. Confidentiality
AVXAND will treat confidential client and project information appropriately and will not knowingly disclose confidential information except where required to provide the services or by applicable law.
14. Portfolio and Project References
AVXAND may reference completed projects or general project experience for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to confidentiality obligations and any specific client restrictions.
15. No Guarantee of Tender or Project Award
AVXAND provides technical and engineering support but does not guarantee that a client will be awarded a tender, contract, project, or business opportunity as a result of the services provided.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AVXAND's liability will be limited according to the terms of the applicable agreement or contract governing the services.
17. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement, proposal, statement of work, or contract.
18. Website Use
The AVXAND website is provided for general informational purposes. Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
19. Privacy
Information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise specified in a project-specific agreement.
